1. Introduction

Welcome to GoWithMe Ride. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as “GoWithMe Ride”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using our Platform, whether as a Passenger or a Driver, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices posted on our Platform. If you do not agree, you must not use GoWithMe Ride.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GoWithMe Ride Service Limited.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any misuse may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not :

• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Post or transmit false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.
• Circumvent our payment systems or engage in off-platform transactions.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, and possible legal action.

6. Payment Terms

All payments for rides must be made exclusively through our designated payment system. Offline or direct payments between users are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Service Fees

We may charge service or transaction fees for each completed ride. These fees will be displayed clearly before payment is made.

6.3 Driver Payouts

Drivers will receive payments through the approved payout method linked to their verified account. Any applicable deductions (such as commissions or taxes) will be stated transparently.

6.4 Non-Compliance

Any user found engaging in unauthorised payment practices or bypassing our payment system will face immediate suspension and possible legal penalties.

7. Driver Terms

7.1 Eligibility and Verification

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with local transport laws.
• Must maintain a vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition with valid registration and insurance.
• GoWithMe Ride reserves the right to verify documents and conduct background checks before or during account activation.

7.2 Conduct and Responsibilities

Drivers agree to :

• Provide courteous, safe, and lawful transportation services.
• Maintain professionalism and treat all passengers with respect.
• Keep information about passengers confidential.
• Use the GoWithMe Ride app only for authorised ride transactions.
• Not solicit cash or off-platform payments.

7.3 Earnings and Commission

Drivers will receive earnings based on completed trips. A commission or service charge may apply, deducted automatically at payout.

7.4 Vehicle Standards

Drivers must ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and comply with safety and operational standards required by law and GoWithMe Ride’s guidelines.

7.5 Suspension and Termination

GoWithMe Ride may suspend or terminate a driver’s account for:

• Repeated passenger complaints.
• Unsafe or illegal driving behaviour.
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the app.
• Failure to maintain required licenses or documents.

8. Passenger Terms

These terms apply to individuals using the Platform as Passengers.

8.1 Booking and Conduct

• Ensure all booking details are accurate before confirming.
• Respect drivers, vehicles, and platform policies.
• No abusive, unlawful, or threatening behaviour toward drivers or support staff is tolerated.

8.2 Cancellations

Passengers may cancel before the driver arrives, but frequent or last-minute cancellations may result in penalties.

8.3 Payments

All fares must be processed through the Platform. Attempts to bypass payment systems will result in immediate suspension.

8.4 Ratings and Reviews

Passengers may rate and review drivers after each ride. Ratings must be honest and respectful. Misuse may result in account action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of GoWithMe Ride or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

GoWithMe Ride acts solely as a connecting platform. We do not control or guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of rides.

We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from interactions between Passengers and Drivers. We make no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoWithMe Ride shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses arising from service interruptions or unauthorised access.
• Disputes or misconduct between Passengers and Drivers.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total service fee paid for the ride in question.

12. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• Pose a risk to other users or GoWithMe Ride’s reputation.

Upon termination, you lose all access to your account and related data.
