Welcome to GoWithMe Ride. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as “GoWithMe Ride”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices posted on our Platform. If you do not agree, you must not use GoWithMe Ride.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

To access most features, users must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

GoWithMe Ride provides a technology platform that connects Passengers seeking transportation with Drivers offering rides. We do not own or operate vehicles, nor do we employ drivers. Drivers act as independent service providers.

You must not:

• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Post or transmit false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Circumvent our payment systems or engage in off-platform transactions.

6.1 General

All payments for rides must be made exclusively through our designated payment system. Offline or direct payments are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Service Fees

We may charge service or transaction fees for each completed ride. These fees will be displayed clearly before payment is made.

7.1 Eligibility

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must maintain a vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition.

7.2 Conduct

Drivers agree to provide courteous, safe, and lawful transportation services and maintain professionalism.

Passengers must ensure booking details are accurate and respect drivers, vehicles, and platform policies. Abusive behaviour is not tolerated.

GoWithMe Ride acts solely as a connecting platform. We do not control or guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of rides. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from interactions between Passengers and Drivers.
