Users are responsible for their own actions and decisions when using the platform. This includes verifying driver or passenger details, confirming pickup locations, and ensuring personal safety. We encourage all users to exercise good judgment before, during, and after each ride.

3. No Guarantee of Safety or Accuracy

While we take steps to verify users and promote safety, GoWithMe Ride does not guarantee the behaviour, conduct, or safety of any user. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience that may occur while using our service.

4. Payment and Transactions

All payments must be made through the official GoWithMe Ride system. We are not responsible for losses arising from off-platform transactions or unauthorised payments made outside our app.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Our app may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any harm caused by their use.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoWithMe Ride, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or financial loss.
