Who Controls Your Data
GoWithMe Ride Service Limited is the Data Controller for most personal data collected and processed on the Platform.
In certain cases — such as when a Passenger books a ride with a Driver — both GoWithMe Ride and the Driver act as Joint Data Controllers. Both parties are responsible for how that data is used in order to deliver the agreed service.

5.1 From Passengers

5.2 From Drivers
- Identity: Full name, government-issued ID, date of birth.
- Professional: Vehicle registration, driver's licence, FRSC/VIO certifications.
- Financial: Bank account details for ride payouts.
- Profile: Profile photo, ratings, and reviews from passengers.
- Biometric: Liveness check data used for identity verification.

How We Use Your Data
